Wladek Zbyszko was a renowned Polish catch wrestler and strongman who competed during the pioneer era of professional wrestling. The younger brother of Stanislaus Zbyszko, he was a major star in the United States during the 1910s and 1920s, capturing the AWA World Heavyweight Championship (Boston version). Known for his technical skill, he engaged in high-profile matches against legends like Ed "Strangler" Lewis and Hélio Gracie. In 2010, he was posthumously recognized for his historical contributions to the industry with an induction into the WWE Hall of Fame Legacy wing.
