Chief War Eagle was a prominent Native American professional wrestler who competed extensively during the early to mid-20th century. He performed for the Capitol Wrestling Corporation (CWC), the precursor to modern-day WWE, during the late 1950s. Known for his technical skill and heritage, he also mentored his son, the famous wrestler Don Eagle.
